1. Website www.bri.co.id is a distribution channel of BRI to provide information related products and companies through internet network by using browser software on computer or mobile phone. Not included with the microsite site contained in www.bri.co.id.

1. Users can use the website www.bri.co.id to get information. The main site www.bri.co.id has not banking financial transactions. All content on the website is copyrighted and within BRI’s terms.

2. Any exchanges of information data already approved from the Users are stored in the BRI data center is the correct data received as evidence from the User to BRI to execute the exchange of information data in question.

3. BRI reserves the right to suspend the services of www.bri.co.id temporarily or for certain periods determined by BRI for the purposes of renewal, maintenance or for any other purpose for any reason considered by BRI, and for which BRI shall not be liable for it to anyone.

4. Registered Email Usage :

a. The E-Mail address registered by the User is an email to be used by BRI to send information that has been made by the User through www.bri.co.id.

b. BRI only sends information to the E-Mail address that the User has confirmed to BRI and BRI is not responsible for the correctness of the E-Mail address.

c. BRI does not guarantee the security of information or data sent to BRI via E-Mail not found on www.bri.co.id, which is not in a secure format approved or determined by BRI.

FORCE MAJEURE

The User shall indemnify BRI from any claims, in the event that BRI is unable to execute the User's instructions either partly or wholly due to events or causes beyond the power or capabilities of BRI including but not limited to any disruption of computer viruses or Trojan Horses systems or hazardous components that may interfere with the service of www.bri.co.id, web browser or BRI system computer, User or Internet Service Provider, due to natural disaster, war, riot, state of equipment, system or transmission not working, , telecommunication interference, government policy, and other events or causes beyond the power or capabilities of BRI.

1. Users may contact Call BRI for any issues relating to access to www.bri.co.id services

2. BRI may amend these terms and conditions at any time with prior notice to the User in writing on www.bri.co.id or in the form of email or through other means.

3. The user is subject to the terms and regulations applicable to BRI including any changes to be notified in advance by BRI in any form and means.
